Nova Star Therapy is a professional counselling service dedicated to mental health support and emotional wellbeing. Founded by Natasha Pittman, a Registered Social Worker ( RSW) and Registered Clinical Counsellor ( RCC). Therapeutic services aimed at helping individuals navigate through emotional challenges, trauma, mood disorders, addiction and personal development. Services provided: individual, couples, youth, children and family counselling. EMDR certified.
